When I Befriended The Sun

                When I Befriended The Sun

When I befriended the Sun

I felt its Infinite Power

To see the morning Sun

Brings hope cheer and faith

The reddish , Orange and Yellow hues

A feast to my eyes

A warmth on my skin

It stirs my Soul

When I befriended the Sun

I felt its Infinite Power

To see it rising high

Spreading the radiance

On the wide blue sky

Oh! What magnificence

Graciously Warm and Bright

Oh! What a radiance

When I befriended the Sun

I felt its Infinite Power

Of Golden Yellow at Noon

Bright on the sky torrid and vertical

The Swollen white  achingly bright

Still hot and gorgeous

Fierce and Radiant

Oh! What a Power

When I befriended the Sun

I felt its Infinite Power

Pacing down in the late afternoon

Of radiant yellow

Still high and unclouded

More intense, fiery and glaringly hot

Yet Splendid and Invincible

Oh! What Resplendence

When I befriended the Sun

I felt its Infinite Power

Ready to settle down

Amorous and crimson

Sensuous, Mystic and Potent

Still luminous and ethereal

Retaining the aura

Stealing my heart

Oh! What Liminal Mystery

When I befriended the Sun

I felt its Infinite Power

It gives me the strength to illumine

A longing to see it everyday

Surges in me daily

When I miss to visit it

It greets me with its rays

Peeping through the window

The sun is indeed Powerful

Do, Spend some time in the sun

When I befriended the Sun

I felt its Infinite Power

With its Spiritual and Prophetic aura

Every soul is Divine

                                                                        Every soul is Divine
]

The cats came

I served

The dogs came

I served

The Peacocks came

I served

The Squirrels came

I served

The ants came

I served

Different breeds of birds came

I served

But when the pigs came

I drove them away

For they looked dirty

All rolled in mud

They  looked very filthy

I shooed them away

I felt disgusting

To see their filthy body

Some food for the peacock

I had left them on the altar

The pig were nibbling them

Voraciously at the backyard

Eating in all their glee

On seeing me they fled

I could sense the fear

All their glee was gone

Did I serve them right?

Those preening eyes spoke millions

Did I look so dreadful

For pigs to see on fleeing me

They needed but a morsel of food

Hunger it belongs to all creatures equally

I could feel their eyes speak

I could sense life in them

It was then I saw the divinity in them

Now they come and feed

And I don’t shoo them away

I keep  Something for them to come and nibble

For I now see Divinity in every soul

Purity in Intention Matters

Purity in Intention Matters

It was the Morning time

I was busy working

A call came

The mood changed

The mood changed

The thoughts waved

The negativity thrived

The purity of  intent waved

The purity of intent waved

The negativity thrived

Took the hand towel

And lo! A scorpion bit

Lo ! a scorpion bit

Realization dawned

Negativity pricks

Purity of intention matter

The work was  against me

The intent to pull me down

I forgave, I  moved on

Could see  the doer’s downfall

Could see  the doer’s downfall

Realization dawned

Though it was not the intent

I really saw it happen

Purity of intention matter

Let it be on  your platter

Is part of spiritual journey

Beyond the earthly

Purity in intention matter

For the state of inner cleanliness

It Make things ethical

Makes things uplifting

Purity in intention matter

Attachments to objects is ignorance

Attachment to truth

Delivers it.

Purity in intention matter

Stick to what you do

Bother not the result

Keep doing what you do

Purity in intention matter

Not to find fault

But to do

What is right

Purity in intention matter

Connect to the voice within

It disciplines all impurities

Leads to path of pure deed

Purity in intention matter

Let it not scatter

Let’s hand something to others

Let be on a silver platter
